Picadilly Maids, Inc. offers excellent employment opportunities for those seeking employment in the residential cleaning business. With over fifteen years of experience operating a maid service, we offer a dependable employment environment and competitive compensation.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Picadilly Maids, Inc. is a residential cleaning service. We typically clean 3 to 5 homes per day. Cleaning includes washing and sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning and polishing the kitchen, washing floors, vacuuming the entire house, oiling woodwork, dusting and similar services.

Teams can be made up of either 1,2 or 3 girls, depending on the schedule. Typically, we meet at the office in the morning to pick up supplies and work orders for the day. You will then go from home to home and meet back at the office at the end of the day. Because of the physical nature of the job, it is important that you have had no previous injuries to your neck, back, or knee's. We are seeking individuals that are willing to work hard, do the job right, and maintain a positive attitude.

FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS
Our normal working hours are 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Occasionally, on busy days, we may start at 7:30 a.m. or end at 5:30 p.m. We will try to accommodate your schedule if possible.

COMPENSATION
Picadilly Maids, Inc. pays each employee according to a commission schedule for work completed. Under this plan, the employee has more control of their earning power.

We also reimburse you for mileage at a rate that far exceed the cost of gas - calculated on a regular basis.. You must have an automobile in good appearance and operating condition. Your car will be used on a rotational basis with the other maids to get to a from each home.

SECURITY BONDING
Because employees have access to customers homes, we require all employees to be bonded. Our bonding insurance carrier will only accept those individuals who have not been convicted of a crime in the past 10 years.
